Aquavit

Komolab was recently commissioned to design and fabricate custom serving trays for Aquavit, a high-end restaurant in New York, NY. Aquavit is known for its Scandinavian cuisine and design-influenced atmosphere.

The design required the ability to be stacked while maintaining dimensions that would allow for dinning utensils kept in the units.

Solid walnut is a favorite here. It's a pleasure to work with and also pleasing on the eye.

We're quite admirable of the results!
